To register your team to take part in our carnival, please complete the below details and we will contact you with the additional information to complete the registration.

Registration Costs:

Under 6-7: $100 per team (max 7 players)

Under 8-9: $150 per team (max 11 players)

Under 10-12: $200 per team (max 13 players)

Important

All players must be registered players with FA numbers

Places for teams are limited

Full team information and payment must be returned to USQ FC by 17th May 2024.
